1. Payments
A ₹99 non-refundable registration fee is required to begin the evaluation process. This confirms your intent and secures your place in the queue. No plan or delivery commitment is made at this stage — that is decided after clinical evaluation with our sales team.
If you proceed to Pre-Order after evaluation, the full delivery tier amount (₹10,000–₹50,000) is charged separately and is non-refundable once confirmed.
2. Refunds & Chargebacks
Pre-Order payments are non-refundable except as stated below. Chargebacks raised without first contacting support are a breach of these terms.
Non-Delivery Guarantee — If your system is not delivered within the selected window, raise a money-back claim within 30 days. UnivLabs will refund in full within 15 working days; all disputes are then closed and settled.
3. Delivery
Before legal action, email support@univlabs.in, allow 30 working days to respond, and attend at least one resolution call. Skipping this step waives your right to claim.
4. Disputes
Timelines (30–120 days from 1 Oct 2026) are estimates, not guarantees. Delays from logistics, customs, or force majeure do not entitle a refund. Total liability is limited to the amount paid.
5. Governing Law
Governed by Indian law. Unresolved disputes go to arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitrator’s decision is final.
